The technical tools used to create websites such as our projects are as diverse as the projects themselves. However, we have compiled a list of useful technical tools we have used to create the projects we have created. The list of technical tools is varied in complexity and difficulty of use, but a common goal in creating this list was to create a list of tools that novice users could learn and master well enough to create projects like ours.
Useful Equipment and Software

Blue Microphones Yeti or Snowball Microphone and a pair of sealed-back Headphones and Audacity (Free) or Presonus Studio One Prime recording software (Free with Registration)

Alternative for Music Creators: Behringer UM2 recording interface and Shure PGA48 microphone and PreSonus Studio One Prime (Free with Registration)

Cell Phone Camera (Many phones, especially those from Apple and Samsung, have good cameras on them now).

Used DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) Interchangeable Lens Camera (Can be found inexpensively if you shop around and know where to look, check eBay, B&H, Adorama, and keh.com (KEH Camera has used DSLR's with a 6 month warranty on them for cheap).

Laptop or Desktop Computer to edit websites on, as many website building sites aren't 100% mobile friendly.

BrushNinja allows you to create hand drawn animated Gifs without the need to pay. The only noticeable downside, in my opinion, is the lack of diverse tools.

Adobe Creative Suite if you have the funds and computer to run it

GIMP (free open source image editing software) if you need to edit photos and need something free and powerful

Knight Lab Projects (Creates/Codes storytelling tools for journalists, their tools are used on multiple branches of this project).
